I am 62 and still work 4 days a week. I’ve been a cake decorator for 30 years. I do wedding cakes, petitfors, decorated cookies and whatever is needed at the moment. For the first time in those 30 years, it seems the economy has really hit our area and has made bakery/cake shops a luxury item. There is also the option of people going to Wal-Mart or Sams instead of specialty shops. So, to make a little extra money, and perhaps prepare for some income when I retire, I started selling Avon online.

The problem is, Avon is still recognized as a product that you order from a representative who then delivers it to your door. As a handicapped person, I am accustomed to buying online and love getting packages in the mail! So, I felt everyone else felt that way also and would swarm to my web page! Well, I have a few regulars, but the ‘swarm’ never arrived.
