This woman constantly impresses and inspires me. Another good blog today from her.

About estherlou

My husband and I married in 1970. I am the mother of 2 and grandmother to 5. I share my health stories and my experiences with Thrive. I am reading and writing blogs, watching tv, making jewelry and rosaries, selling in my Etsy store and playing solitaire. I am home bound and add in my physical therapy exercises to my daily routine. I will blog about my progress or anything that catches my attention at that moment. See you around and thanks for stopping by!

(gonna re-blog this later, as the Re-blog function is clearly still having problems 😐 )

I’m agnostic, but can definitely identify with the overall theme. I have a neck injury which has kept me from doing lots of things and as a result, my house isn’t in the best shape. Well, last night I finally folded all of the clean laundry that’d been sitting on one of my couches for months, and I felt accomplished. 🙂 Now I just have to put them away, which will be easy, and iron a few items.

It’s also so important to declutter one’s heart & mind; carrying around so much emotional & mental clutter (outside of genuine mental health challenges) can be detrimental to one’s overall health.

Gonna re-blog now from the original post. But thank you for re-blogging it yourself because it gave me inspiration to re-blog it too.
