I watched this very interesting documentary. I found it unique and very charming. It was part history, part narration, part newsreels, part caricature animated film, it tells the story of how America has accumulated its current national debt. It shows policy from WWII to now. There are live clips from President Reagan, Clinton, Bush, Pelosi, Steve Forbes, economists, Obama and more. I lived through most of this, but seeing it explained and put in a concise encapsulated way was enlightening. It touches on welfare, jobs, taxes, social security, medicare, deficit spending, mortgages, the federal budget and economic reform. It points out the changes and evolution of both major political parties. It reminds us of our constitutional rights…

The film shows how many of our government policies have worked in California. California went from surplus from one governor to deficit in just 4 years. We have forgotten that the government and the congress works for us.This film is easy to watch, extremely informative and well worth your time.
