JetBlue Sued: Underwear Altercation Humiliates Malinda Knowles – ABC News. Malinda Knowles was wearing a long t-shirt and shorts when she got on the plane. Rodriguez, a ticket agent, claiming to be a supervisor came up to her on the plane and demanded to know if she was wearing underwear! Malinda Knowles had never seen him before and had passed through all the security checkpoints before boarding the plane. She felt uncomfortable, but lifted her tray table and the man allegedly stuck the antenna of his walkie-talkie in her crotch to see what she was wearing! Rodriguez called Port Authority and had her taken off the plane where the police observed that she was wearing shorts. A police report filed by the airline states that the captain said she was an unruly passenger. Malinda states she never even saw the captain! What in the world was this? Racial? A perverted version of voyeurism? Malinda is suing the airline, the captain and Rodriguez. This is outrageous! Rodriguez should be fired! And if Malinda can have him arrested for assault, I’d certainly do it! Unbelievable!
