California Daughter Injected With Botox No Longer in Custody of Mom – ABC News.

I wrote an earlier blog about the California mother who injected her 8-year-old with Botox for a beauty pageant. I couldn’t understand how it could happen and why nothing was done. I guess it just took a little time for it to get to the right authorities. The child has now been removed from the mother’s custody. The woman doesn’t believe it to be dangerous and said the child asked her to do it. Okay…and 8 year old asked mommy to give her Botox injections and mommy says OK. Unbelievable. She got what she deserved. Too bad the child has to suffer now.

For the love of vanity! What a shame that a mom loves the spotlight more than her child.

I think the poor mum must be regretting her actions now since she got the ‘wrong’ attention: making a few concerned people really concerned and mad as hell. Common sense still lives and there is hope after all

That was such an egregious act! It’s sad when parents try to live vicariously through their children, at any cost! I’m glad to hear, that the authorities took the proper steps, to keep the child safe. So, so, sad!
