There are a few things that can really set my husband off, and cause him to expound on the thing. The worst is bad drivers since he is usually in the middle of really crazy or busy traffic when he starts his tirade. Waving hands and arms never helps my relaxation level while watching cars zip past in crazy formations. The rant which hits the No. 2 mark on the chart, is when hubby comes home from the local superstore. You know which one…the one that carries everything in acres of space that takes at least 3 days to walk from one end to the other to find what you are shopping for. The rant today was how you could be in such abundance and not find anything on the shelves. The water I like to drink had mostly empty spots on the shelves and the large display he saw last week was nowhere to be found. So, he came home without enough bottled water to make it through the week. And then, the entire vegetable isle was apparently empty. All of the vegetables he was looking for were not stocked. It is as if there is a conspiracy and right before he walked into the store the employees hid all the groceries he came in to buy. Pretty amazing when you think about it. How did they know exactly what he was planning to buy this time? Of course, we buy a lot of the same things week after week, so perhaps they sensed him coming and hid all of our normal choices. Yes, there are other places to shop…but they charge more, and of course, this store is the only place that carries my preferred water. A true catch-22 conspiracy.

Perhaps he just needed to vent… we all do. Hide the stuff…? I doubt it but hey you never know… 😉
