Healthy Nuts – Best Snacks – Health Nuts – Health Tip – RealAge.

I loved this article. It just wasn’t written for me. I’ve always been an all or nothing type of girl. “You can’t eat just one” was written for me. If you have a bag of chips, you eat them all. If you have a bag of cookies, you eat them all. Who eats one cookie? And nuts? OMG!! This article, unintended I’m sure, just gave me permission to eat a can of salted mixed nuts every day! HA! They don’t realize they need to be just a little more specific! You know, eat just a handful of nuts, and probably not the salted kind. But really people…WHO DOES THAT!? See what I mean…they weren’t talking to me. They were talking to normal people who eat 3 healthy meals a day, eat a healthy snack or two, never gain weight, and probably have a gym membership. Whew! I KNEW they weren’t talking to me.
